You can submit an unlimited number of requests. Your dedicated Project Manager will review them, ensuring all necessary details are provided, and then assign them to creatives according to their skills requirements. By default, your requests will be completed one at a time in the order submitted. However, if needed, you can adjust the priority levels (High, Medium, or Low). For example, if you submit 15 tasks, you can designate 5 as High priority, 5 as Medium, and 5 as Low. We will complete all High-priority tasks first, followed by Medium and then Low-priority tasks. Of course, you can change the priority of tasks in your queue at any time.

For non-resellable design requests, your team will create the design from scratch and/or use stock elements or photos as needed. Clients with the White Label for agency add-on receive exclusive reselling rights for all designs created for them by default.
