- We offer refunds to customers unsatisfied with the quality of work delivered during the first 7 days of their subscription or purchase.

- Refunds are only provided for issues directly related to the quality of work received after creating a task and receiving delivery. Refunds are not available for purchased but not used services or subscription renewals that were not cancelled on time. You need to have an active project to request a refund.
