Reel Unlimited completes most writing projects within 24 hours. Our plans offer up to 800 words of quality content per day, which can be used for a single project or split across multiple projects. Projects exceeding 800 words will be completed in multiple days, with a maximum of 800 words per day.

The All-in-One Bundle offers the same turnaround times as the Unlimited Design and Unlimited Writing plans. Usually, design projects are delivered within 24 hours, and writing projects receive up to 800 words per day for a single or multiple projects. Please note that the bundle is limited to 1 active project at a time for either design or writing.

Yes, we offer same-day turnaround for selected Light projects for clients who subscribed to the All-in-One Bundle. To receive same-day delivery, you need to create your tasks before 10 AM EST in Central Time and 10 AM CEST in Europe. Our team will ensure that your project is completed before 5 PM on the same day.

Please note that same-day turnaround is subject to availability and only available for selected Light projects.

You can submit an unlimited number of requests. Your dedicated Project Manager will review them, ensuring all necessary details are provided, and then assign them to creatives according to their skills requirements. By default, your requests will be completed one at a time in the order submitted. However, if needed, you can adjust the priority levels (High, Medium, or Low). For example, if you submit 15 tasks, you can designate 5 as High priority, 5 as Medium, and 5 as Low. We will complete all High-priority tasks first, followed by Medium and then Low-priority tasks. Of course, you can change the priority of tasks in your queue at any time.

Absolutely! When requesting print designs, please provide the following details:

1. Indicate if you need crop/trim marks added.
2. Specify the bleed size if you or your printer has a preference. If not, our team can recommend and apply a bleed based on the design dimensions.

After receiving your files, double-check that they meet your brief and the printer's specifications before proceeding with printing. We strongly recommend a test print to ensure all design elements, such as QR codes, are clear and suitable for their intended purpose.

If you or your printer need any changes for optimal print output, please inform us, and we'll make the necessary edits as soon as possible.

With the Reel Unlimited Design subscription, your Dedicated Design Team will work on one task at a time. If a task takes less than a day to complete, they will start the next task in the queue, but the expected delivery will be the following day.
For tasks that require more than a day, your project manager will send daily updates on the status. As tasks are completed, their status will change from "In Progress" to "Ready for Review," and new requests will be initiated.

Yes, absolutely! You can submit design requests for an unlimited number of brands, businesses, side projects, or clients. We're here to assist you with all your design needs under a single flat monthly payment.

At Reel Unlimited, we provide custom designs crafted from scratch or designs that combine custom work with customized stock elements, depending on the best approach for the client's brief.

We ensure that any stock elements used are licensed correctly for you as the end-user (not for resale). If you require designs for resale purposes, we deliver entirely custom designs. Please inform your Project Manager about the intended use of your designs when submitting your requests!

Yes, you can resell the designs created by your Reel Unlimited Team. When creating a design request, please select "For resell," and we will ensure all assets are created from scratch exclusively for you, granting you full rights to sell the design.

For non-resellable design requests, your team will create the design from scratch and/or use stock elements or photos as needed. Clients with the White Label for agency add-on receive exclusive reselling rights for all designs created for them by default.

We carefully verify every element and stock photo used to ensure proper end-user licensing. We assume any materials you provide are licensed and owned by you. If you send unlicensed materials, please note that Reel Unlimited is not liable for the rights of the final design.

While Reel Unlimited's graphic design services are powerful, some projects require specialists, in-house teams, or additional skills and resources. Therefore, to maintain productivity and quality, we do not fulfill the following types of requests:
