Refund Policy
Discover Reel Unlimited's refund policy for new clients within 7 days of signing up, subject to a small processing fee.
We're fully committed to building a service that you love. Our creators do their best to provide content that matches your expectations. However, if you're not satisfied with the delivery or our overall service, please do not accept or mark it as completed in your account. Use this link to submit a refund request within 7 days of signing up, and we'll refund your first payment minus a $30 processing fee (or equivalent in your local currency), whether for a trial or a regular subscription.
However, given the nature of digital content, we do not have an obligation to provide a refund, and we don't offer a refund in the following situations:
- If you ask for a refund more than 7 days after your first payment.
- Because of inactivity on your account, you can cancel your subscription if you don't expect to need to submit new tasks.
- You receive full delivery for more than 1 task in the 7 days following your payment.
- You get more than 500 words completed in the 7 days following your payment.
- You have changed your mind about your subscription.
- You subscribed by mistake or using the wrong payment method.
- You forgot to cancel your upcoming subscription renewal.
- You do not have sufficient expertise to create briefs or collaborate with designers or writers.
- You can no longer work with one or any of your dedicated designers or writers because they have been removed from Reel Unlimited.
Be aware that submitting a request doesn't guarantee a refund, especially if it doesn't meet the above criteria.
If the refund request is approved, it will be processed on your Reel Unlimited billing account and may take several business days (usually 7–10 business days) or longer to appear. Therefore, you may want to check with your financial institution to understand when the applicable payment method will be credited.
Once a refund is issued, you can no longer access Reel Unlimited services or products. We will use the design or content created at our own discretion, as with a refund, you transfer ownership of the content to us.
Reel Unlimited will refund you according to the terms of the payment method in the currency Reel Unlimited offered you when you purchased your subscription.
Expenses associated with currency conversion: You are responsible for all currency conversion costs for your Reel Unlimited subscription or refund. Your banking institution performs the currency conversion, which may also charge you extra fees, such as foreign transaction fees (we have no control over the exchange rates or your financial institution's fees).
