Understand Active Projects

At Reel Unlimited, we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of how our plans work and what you can expect from our service. In this article, we'll explain the concept of active projects and how many of these are included in each of our plans.

What is an Active Project?

An active project is a project that our team is currently working on, as opposed to a project in the queue, which is not yet assigned and will stay in your design queue until it is assigned, or a pending project, which is awaiting project data.

Project Status Definitions

In Queue: These are all projects you have submitted but not yet activated. Projects in the queue are activated when a slot for an active project becomes available.

Pending: These are all the projects you have submitted but that do not include all the necessary information. They may be missing important details or created as draft projects. Pending projects are colored gray, and they have no assignment until they move to the queue.

In Progress: These are active projects that a designer is currently working on, whether for the first draft or revisions. A project is considered in progress as long as the designer is actively working on it.

Ready: Ready projects are those where the designer has finished the work and submitted the draft to you for review. Projects are only marked as "Ready" when there is a delivery waiting for you to review. Once you review the project, it can be considered in progress again if you request feedback or marked as completed if you are satisfied with the design and delivery.

Completed: These are projects that have been successfully delivered, and you have reviewed and approved them. Only a project manager can mark a project as completed once you have given your approval. If there is something missing, you can still request revisions or leave feedback and star reviews for the projects.

Active Projects in Our Plans

Our new plan structure includes two main plans: Standard and Pro. Both plans support 2 active projects by default. This means you can have our team working on 2 projects at the same time.

The 2 active projects can be a combination of:

1. One small project (usually delivered in 24-48 hours)
   1. Examples: graphic design, logo, presentations, etc.
2. One big project (usually delivered in 48-96 hours)
   1. Examples: website, landing page, UI/UX design, Webflow development, etc.

It's important to keep in mind that turnaround times may vary depending on the specific project and its complexity. However, our team always works hard to deliver your projects as quickly as possible while ensuring high-quality results.

*Active projects may also be referred to as active requests, concurrent projects, or concurrent requests. These terms all refer to the same concept: projects or requests that our team is currently working on.
