Cancellation Policy

Please review the following Cancellation Policy before canceling your Reel Unlimited subscription to understand the effects of cancellation on your ongoing projects and access to your account.

• Cancellations are effective immediately; however, you can continue using Reel Unlimited and have full access until your current billing period ends.
• At the end of your billing period, the Slack channel will be disconnected, and designers will not continue working on your active projects and those remaining in the queue.
• Please remember that we do not offer refunds for unused time in your subscription plan's billing cycle, as the refund policy applies only to the first payment.
• After you cancel your subscription, you can still access all your completed projects in the dashboard for up to three months. However, we cannot guarantee their availability during this period. We strongly recommend downloading your projects as soon as they are completed to avoid potential data loss.
• You can reactivate your account anytime by re-subscribing to Reel Unlimited.

To cancel your Reel Unlimited subscription:

1. Log in to your Reel Unlimited account.
2. Navigate to the subscription settings page.
3. Click on subscription, and then click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
4. Confirm your cancellation when prompted.

Once you cancel your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email, and your account will be marked for cancellation at the end of your current billing period.
