Understanding Cut-off Times
Cut-off time is 10 AM in respective time zones. Requests after cut-off are considered the next day.
Every day, Monday to Friday, the Design and Writing Operation Team at Reel Unlimited checks all the requests in the queue and selects the requests that need to be delivered or revised.
We consider only the requests in the queue, which means requests submitted in the past days or before the cut-off time, depending on your location:
- US, Canada, LATAM: 10:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- Europe, United Kingdom: 11:00 AM CEST (Central European Summer Time)
- Australia, New Zealand, Singapore: 10:00 AM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
The cut-off time is when the Operation Team selects all requests in the queue that need to be delivered that day. The cut-off time is 10 AM, every day, Monday to Friday. If you submit a request after the official cut-off time, the request will be considered the next day!
