What is the Turnaround Time?

Understand the estimated turnaround times for design requests and learn about the turnaround policy.

The estimated turnaround time for design requests is 24–72 hours (1-3 days), from Monday to Friday (weekends and holidays are not included).  However, the actual turnaround to receive a completed design request depends on various factors, such as the quality of the client's brief, the complexity and size of the request, and the duration of the collaboration between the designer and the client. To make things easier for you, we categorize design tasks as small and large, which helps estimate the delivery time.

Small tasks: Delivery for tasks like logos, brand guidelines, flyers, banners, animated graphics (up to 60 seconds), social media graphics, print and stationery, etc., takes 1-3 business days.

Large tasks: Delivery for tasks like landing pages, complex animations, and website design (with Figma and up to 3 pages), Webflow design, or Webflow development takes 3-5 business days.

Webflow Design and Development: A full Webflow website typically takes 6-10 days to develop. The development process involves two steps: firstly, the website design is created on Figma and presented to the client for approval. Once approved, we move on to the second step, the Webflow development phase.

If the client already has the design, the initial delivery time can be 3-5 days. However, if the process involves designing the website first and then proceeding with Webflow development, the initial delivery time is around 6-10 working days.

Turnaround policy:

  1. Our team will make every effort to meet the estimated turnaround time for each design or content request.
  2. The actual turnaround time may vary depending on the abovementioned factors, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
  3. If any unforeseen delays or issues affect the delivery time of a design or content request, we will notify the client as soon as possible.
  4. Reel Unlimited is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from a delay in the delivery of a design or content request.
  5. Rush requests can be accommodated for an additional fee at the team's discretion. The fee will vary depending on the complexity and size of the request and the requested delivery time.
