Are there any contracts?

No, there are no contracts at Reel Unlimited. We offer complete flexibility to suit your needs: - Regular Customers: You can buy the service for 1 month and cancel after your subscription month. You can renew, pause and come back anytime, or cancel the service and download your deliveries, then return in the future if you need more work. - White-label Agency Customers: Agency plans are billed every 3 months. The first subscription is billed 3 months upfront because of the setup process and to provide better ROI. You can still cancel anytime, but agency plans don't offer monthly billing - only quarterly billing cycles. For agencies that pause or cancel but have client data on their portal and wish their clients to still access projects, they can downgrade to a software-only plan for £75/month where they use the portal software without needing any of our design work. This option is completely optional.

How much does Reel Unlimited cost?

We offer flexible pricing options depending on whether you're a solo founder, startup, or agency, and whether you need white-label services. All plans can be cancelled anytime. Regular Plans: Our regular plans are billed monthly and perfect for businesses that want to handle client communication themselves while getting professional design support. Starter Plan: £615/month with 2 concurrent projects and unlimited design requests Standard Plan: £995/month with 3 concurrent projects and unlimited design requests Pro Plan (Best Value): £1,545/month with 4 concurrent projects and unlimited web design & development Pausing Option: You can pause your subscription for £20/month to keep your data available. Pausing can be maintained for up to 6 months and is paid on the renewal date. White-label Agency Plans: Our agency plans include white label project management app and white label design team, allowing you to serve clients under your own brand. These plans are billed every 3 months to provide stability for your client relationships. What are your working hours?

Reel Unlimited UK delivers designs Monday to Friday, except UK public holidays, from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT or 10 AM to 6 PM BST (during British Summer Time). Some projects and skills or departments may work in other time zones. If a project you requested has no availability during current UK hours, the staff assigned to it may be from another region in the EU or close to your region. You will still work with your project manager, but you can get delivery outside UK time zone for faster turnaround. We are also closed on major UK, EU and Ireland (partially) holidays, though we are rarely affected by holidays due to our distributed team structure.

Reel Unlimited operates with a global team of vetted design professionals across several workforce hubs from America to Asia Pacific. We work with all major creative applications and deliver work that's fully editable for clients on platforms like Figma, Canva, and other design tools as needed for your specific requirements.

What is unlimited graphic design?

Unlimited graphic design is a service model where you pay a fixed monthly fee to retain a design team for on-demand work. Instead of hiring freelancers project by project or building an in-house team, you get continuous access to professional designers who handle all your design needs. The "unlimited" refers to the number of requests you can submit - you can request as many projects as you need without any limits. However, based on your design subscription plan, you'll have between 2 to 4 projects working concurrently. As soon as a project is delivered, we immediately start working on the next one in your queue. With Reel Unlimited, you can submit as many design requests as you need, get each delivered within an average of 48 hours, and request unlimited revisions until perfect. Our team works Monday to Friday, all on a single monthly payment. It's particularly useful for businesses that need regular design work but want predictable costs and reliable delivery without the complexity of managing designers directly.

What is a design subscription?

A design subscription is a modern approach to handling all your design needs through an ongoing monthly renewal relationship. Unlike one-time unlimited graphic design services that work for you for a specific period without renewal, Reel Unlimited's design subscription model focuses on building a continuous partnership with a dedicated design team. Traditional agencies often use terms like "retainer" or "design retainer" for similar ongoing relationships, but Reel Unlimited is generally more affordable while providing a full suite of talent under one subscription. You get access to brand designers, illustrators, website developers, UI/UX designers, multimedia designers, video editors, and more - all under the same monthly payment. With our subscription model, you get access to a full-service design solution without the complexity of managing multiple freelancers or the cost of an in-house team. No job postings, no managing multiple teams, no onboarding processes - we're simply an extension of your team. You request work and we handle it ASAP. Monthly output varies based on project complexity and feedback speed. Here's what you can typically expect: Starter & Standard Plan: 12-24 projects (graphics, logos, animations, videos) Pro Plan: 16-24 projects (includes development work, which takes longer) For Agencies with Optimized Workflows: If you're an agency with the Pro plan running 4 concurrent projects and get average delivery every 48 hours (we provide daily updates and reports even when delivering every 48 hours), you can expect about 8-10 projects delivered per week from Monday to Friday. This translates to approximately 32-40 projects per month under a single payment - which is the average most of our agency clients achieve per month. Flexibility for Multiple Brands: These projects can be used for as many brands or sub-clients as you want. There are no restrictions on who you can request projects for, making this ideal for agencies managing multiple client accounts. Important Note: These are estimates based on typical agency workflows. Actual delivery depends on project complexity, revision rounds, feedback speed, and how efficiently you manage your project queue.

Our flat-rate subscription includes graphic design, branding, motion graphics, video editing, website design, development, and sales funnel building. How does white label for agencies work?

Reel Unlimited's white label design subscription is for agencies who need to outsource their client work securely and safely with a trusted partner. White label plans come with full and strict NDAs signed upon signup, forbidding us to share or showcase your clients' work anywhere on our website or social media. All deliveries are completed without any mention of Reel Unlimited. We offer two service options for agencies: Regular Plan is for startups or agencies who wish to request projects themselves and relay work to clients without direct interaction between us and your clients. White-Label Plan includes a branded client portal powered by ProRequests (our sister company) where your clients can submit requests directly. You get a custom domain like app.youragencyname.com instead of app.reelunlimited.com, and we handle everything in the background under your brand name. White-label agency plans are billed quarterly (every 3 months) with the first subscription paid 3 months upfront due to setup requirements. You can cancel anytime, and if you want to keep your client portal active without design services, you can downgrade to a software-only plan for £75/month. You're free to charge whatever you wish to your clients. We bill you the same flat quarterly rate regardless of how many clients you serve, but your concurrent project quota still applies across all client projects. Can you do one-time projects?

Yes, we offer one-time projects outside of our subscription model. This is ideal for clients who need specific projects completed without ongoing subscription commitments. We charge hourly rates between $50-$70 depending on the package size: 25 hours: $70/hour ($1,750 total) 50 hours: $60/hour ($3,000 total) 100 hours: $50/hour ($5,000 total) One-time projects work differently than subscriptions – you're billed based on hours used rather than monthly fees. Work stops when your purchased hours are completed, and you can choose to purchase additional hours as needed. Important: One-time projects are billed exclusively in USD, even for non-US customers. How do I submit design requests?

Login to the Reel Unlimited App (powered by ProRequests) and submit unlimited design requests for you or your clients. When submitted, they enter into a queue and depending on your plan, our operations staff will activate between 2 to 4 concurrent projects at a time per subscription. If you have multiple subscription seats or a custom plan, you can get more concurrent projects. The average delivery per project is 48 hours. Once ready, we send you the design first draft for approval and feedback. This is the first draft, not a final delivery. Once we receive your approval, we will proceed to final delivery in 24 to 48 hours depending on the size of the project.

How many concurrent projects can I have?

Your concurrent project limit depends on your subscription plan: Starter Plan: 2 concurrent projects with 2 multimedia designers Standard Plan: 3 concurrent projects with 3 dedicated designers Pro Plan: 4 concurrent projects with 6 team members (2 brand designers, 2 multimedia designers, 1 web designer, 1 web developer) For Pro plans, you can run up to 3 graphic design projects, 2 motion/video projects, 1 website design, and 1 website development simultaneously. Website projects are limited to 1 each because they require dedicated specialists. Important Notes: Projects in revisions count as active projects toward your concurrent limit To have more than 2 concurrent website design or website development projects at a time, you need to purchase additional subscription seats Website Project Process: Website design and web development are different categories at Reel Unlimited. You cannot request a full website project without having the design phase first, then the development phase. A full website involves two steps: Website Design: Our web designer/UI/UX designer creates the website design Website Development: Our web developer converts the approved design into a fully functional website Exception: If you already have designs that you or someone else previously created (via tools like Figma), you can go directly to website development. Queue Management: If you submit more projects than your concurrent limit (like 3-5 website development requests on Pro), we'll queue the extra projects and work on them immediately after completing current ones. Since projects typically finish quickly, we move through queued work fast. You can change your assigned team members anytime through your dashboard, but your concurrent quota stays the same based on your plan. How do revisions work?

We've made the revision process simple and efficient. When our team sends you a project delivery, you can approve the draft if you like it or reject it to request revisions if you need changes. You have unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy with the design. Revision requests are usually handled within 24 hours. Please note that projects in revisions count toward your concurrent projects allocation until they are approved and completed.

What happens to my tasks if my subscription ends?

When your subscription ends, all projects will pause at their current stage until you reactivate your subscription. We are a subscription-based service, which means if your subscription ends and some of your projects are not yet completed, no matter the reason, the staff working on them will be instructed to stop working. Your Responsibility: It's your responsibility to properly manage the tasks you submit compared to the remaining time on your billing cycle. For example, submitting a website development project that usually takes 5-7 days to complete when you only have 3 days left on your subscription is not recommended. Full Website Project Example: Consider a full website project, which requires two separate tasks: Website Design: Takes 2-3 days for small websites, but 3-7 days for relatively large or 10+ page websites Website Development: Takes another 5-7 days for large websites requiring proper responsiveness, depending on platform, content size, animations, etc. This doesn't include time for feedback, revisions, weekends, holidays, and other factors. If you have 5 days left on your subscription and request a project like this, expecting it to be completed because your subscription was active when submitted, unfortunately that's not how it works. Best Practices: Prioritize large projects first in your billing cycle Ensure you properly manage your remaining subscription time Plan your projects according to typical delivery timeframes Consider extending your subscription if you need more time for ongoing projects Just like streaming services, you need an active subscription to access our work. Who owns the copyright?

If you have paid for your subscription, you own 100% of all design files, source code, and intellectual property we create for you. We provide all source files with every delivery. Ownership Rights Policy: Paid subscription grants you access to all rights on completed work. As soon as a project is completed, approved, and delivered, you get all rights transferred immediately to you or your clients. Payment Requirements: However, if for any reason you have not paid for services, you must pay for the services to receive ownership rights. If you don't pay, we retain ownership. If you cancel your subscription but have no outstanding balance, you remain and retain ownership of all completed work. Important Note: Working with us means you agree to pay for our services. Not paying means you cannot claim ownership of any creative assets produced by our team. Payment is required to complete the ownership transfer process.

How can I get started?

Getting started is simple for both regular clients and agency clients, though the process differs slightly depending on your needs. For Regular Clients: The process is straightforward - you choose your plan and get instant access to our dashboard where you can immediately start submitting unlimited design requests. Our system handles up to 4 projects at a time with 48-hour average delivery. Once you receive designs, you can review them, provide feedback, and get unlimited revisions until the work is perfect for your needs. For Agency Clients: Agency setup involves a more comprehensive onboarding process since we're creating your branded workspace. After you choose your agency plan, you'll be invited to set up your custom workspace complete with your branded portal and custom domain. During the onboarding process, you can invite your team members and clients to your branded portal, giving them direct access to submit requests under your brand. Once setup is complete, you can submit requests for your clients and manage all projects through your branded interface while we handle the work in the background. Your account will be ready to use within minutes of signing up for regular plans, or within 24-48 hours for agency setups that require custom branding configuration and workspace preparation.

Can I get a trial or a discount?

We don't offer trials or discounts at this time. However, we do offer flexible monthly subscriptions without automatic renewal commitments. You can use our service for one month to see if it fits your needs, and cancel if it doesn't meet your expectations. You'll retain all work and ownership rights for everything created during that time. We send renewal notifications so you know when your next billing cycle is approaching. Unfortunately, we don't offer discounts as our service is already priced affordably for the value provided.

In which currency do you bill?

Reel Unlimited UK primarily bills in GBP for our design subscription payments and also accepts USD for one-time design projects. We accept card payments processed by Stripe, direct debit, and bank transfers.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds in any case or situation. All sales are final. 2. Plan Types and Billing

Monthly Subscriptions: Standard and Pro plans billed monthly in your local currency with immediate access to your dedicated team.
30-Day Access: One-time payment options available for both Standard and Pro plans with no renewal required.

Concurrent Projects: All plans include 4 concurrent projects as standard, with scaling options available for higher capacity needs.

Plan Changes: Pricing, plan names, and service features may be changed, reduced, or increased at any time without prior notice. There is no guarantee that cancelled plans will be available upon re-subscription.

3. White-Label Design Subscription Terms: Your subscription includes complete white-label service where your clients never know we exist. All work is delivered under your brand with built-in NDA protection. You receive custom client portals with your domain and branding.

4. Service Delivery: We provide 48-hour average delivery for graphic design projects and 3-5 days for website development. You get unlimited revisions until 100% satisfaction. All completed work transfers full ownership rights to you immediately upon delivery.

5. Payment Terms: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Wise, or bank transfer in your local currency. Bank transfer fees and processing fees are not included and remain the customer’s responsibility. Monthly subscriptions have a 2-month minimum commitment. Cancelling within the first month incurs an early cancellation fee.

6. Cancellation and Access: You can cancel your subscription anytime after the minimum commitment period. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period and keep all completed work.

7. Global Operations: We operate in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Poland, France, Italy, Portugal, Brazil, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Nigeria.
