1. First-Time Payment Refund Terms

At Reel Unlimited, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our design and content services. You may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment with us. A processing fee of $30 (or equivalent in your local currency) applies to all approved refunds.

This refund policy applies to both trial periods and regular subscription first payments. For our subscription service that requires a 2-month upfront payment, the refund policy applies only to your initial transaction. Similarly, one-time purchase services fall under the same refund terms. The refund amount will be your payment minus the processing fee.

2. Refund Exclusions

We cannot process refunds under certain circumstances. We do not offer refunds if you request one more than 7 days after your first payment. The 7-day period starts from the payment timestamp, not from account creation.

We also cannot provide refunds in cases of account inactivity. If you anticipate not needing our services, we recommend canceling your subscription instead. Additionally, refunds are not available if you’ve completed more than one task within the first 7 days of service.

Other situations where refunds are not available include:
– Changing your mind about the subscription
– Using an incorrect payment method
– Missing a cancellation deadline for renewal
– Experiencing difficulty with the platform interface
– Cases involving designer or writer reassignment

For cases involving system errors that result in duplicate charges, we will process a full refund without applying the processing fee. These technical error refunds are handled separately and do not affect your ongoing service agreement with us.

3. Service Access After Refund

Upon approval of your refund request, your access to Reel Unlimited services will end immediately. You will no longer have access to your account or any materials created during your service period. All work created before the refund becomes the exclusive property of Reel Unlimited.

We maintain unrestricted rights to use, display, and publish any work created before refund approval. This includes using the work in our online portfolio, marketing materials, website examples, social media content, and case studies. This right is non-negotiable for refunded work, as it represents our creative services and time invested. You may not continue using any designs or content created before the refund.

4. Processing Details

Refund processing typically takes 7-10 business days from approval. Your financial institution may require additional time to display the credit in your account, and we recommend checking with your bank for specific posting timeframes. You will receive confirmation when we initiate the refund process.

All refunds are processed in your original payment currency. You bear responsibility for any currency conversion costs, and your banking institution may charge additional foreign transaction fees. Reel Unlimited has no control over these bank fees or exchange rates.

5. Work Ownership and Usage Rights

When a refund is processed, Reel Unlimited retains complete ownership of all work created during the service period. This transfer of ownership is automatic and irrevocable upon refund approval. We maintain unrestricted rights to use this work for any purpose, including but not limited to our portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional activities.

By accepting a refund, you acknowledge that you forfeit all rights to use, modify, or distribute any work created during your service period. This includes any drafts, completed designs, or content previously delivered to you. Continued use of refunded work constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

6. Account Restrictions

Reel Unlimited actively monitors refund requests to maintain service integrity. We reserve the right to ban accounts that demonstrate patterns of abusive refund behavior. This includes attempts to repeatedly request refunds across multiple accounts or projects.

Future access to our services may be denied to clients who have previously received refunds, particularly in cases where we determine the refund request was not made in good faith. We also maintain the right to block attempts to access our services through third parties after a refund has been issued.

Each refund request undergoes individual review by our team. We consider factors such as:
– Service usage history
– Nature of the request
– Previous account activity
– Compliance with our terms of service

The final decision regarding refunds and account restrictions remains at Reel Unlimited’s sole discretion.

7. Payment Structure and Terms

Reel Unlimited offers flexible payment options to accommodate different service needs. Our payment structure includes both subscription-based services and one-time purchases.

Subscription Payment Terms: Our subscription service requires an initial 2-month upfront payment to begin service. After this initial period, billing continues on a monthly basis. The refund policy detailed in this document applies only to your first transaction with us, whether it’s a subscription or one-time purchase.

One-Time Purchase Option: For clients who prefer not to commit to a subscription, we offer one-time purchase options for specific design or content needs. These purchases are subject to the same 7-day refund window and conditions as subscription payments.

Payment Processing: All payments must be made through our authorized payment methods. Subscription payments are automatically processed according to your billing cycle. For subscription services:
– Initial payment covers first two months
– Subsequent charges occur monthly
– Payment method must remain valid
– You are responsible for updating payment information

Payment Obligations: You agree to honor all payment obligations and maintain valid payment methods. Failed payments may result in service interruption. We may attempt to process declined payments multiple times before suspending service.

All prices are subject to change with notice, though such changes will not affect payments already processed. Changes in subscription rates will be communicated in advance of billing.

8. Chargeback Policy

By signing up for Reel Unlimited services, you expressly agree to our refund policy terms and acknowledge that chargebacks are not an acceptable alternative when a refund request is declined. This agreement serves as your formal acceptance of these terms and may be presented to financial institutions in disputes.

If your refund request is declined based on the terms outlined in this policy, you agree to waive your right to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider or bank. Each declined refund will be accompanied by a specific explanation referencing the applicable policy terms.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback:
– We reserve the right to contest the chargeback with evidence of this agreement
– Your account will be permanently banned from our services
– We may pursue debt collection for outstanding charges
– Legal action may be taken to recover associated costs

This policy exists to protect against chargeback abuse and ensures fair business practices. Legitimate billing issues should be addressed through our support channels before considering any payment disputes.
