Cancellation policy

Please review the following Cancellation Policy before canceling your Reel Unlimited subscription to understand the effects of cancellation on your ongoing projects and access to your account.

1. Your Reel Unlimited subscription will be canceled immediately upon completing the cancellation process.
2. All ongoing projects will be stopped at the end of your billing cycle.
3. Slack integration will be disconnected, and creators will no longer be assigned to your remaining projects in queues once your billing cycle is effective.
4. Once your subscription has been canceled, you can no longer access your Reel Unlimited account or any of the associated projects.
5. We do not offer refunds for any unused time in your subscription plan's billing cycle, as the refund policy applies only to the first payment.
6. You can re-subscribe to Reel Unlimited anytime in the future.
7. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our data deletion policy.
