If you are unsatisfied with our services, let us know within 7 days of your purchase, and we will refund your money, no questions asked.

Reel Unlimited refund and satisfaction guarantee policies are here to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our services.

  • We offer refunds to customers who are unsatisfied with the quality of work delivered during the first seven days of their subscription or purchase.
  • To claim a refund, please submit a refund request via our dashboard. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are only provided for issues directly related to the quality of work received after creating a task and receiving delivery.
  • Refunds are not available for purchase, but unused services or subscription renewals were not canceled on time. You need to have an active project to request a refund.
  • Before charging your payment method for subscription renewal, we will send you a reminder 3 days in advance to allow you to cancel the service if you no longer need it.
  • If a refund is issued, we reserve the right to revoke access to the associated service or to close your account. We charge a one-time administration fee of $30 for processing refunds (this fee will be deducted from the refund amount).
