Understand Our One-Week Trial

Before purchasing a trial, please read carefully to understand our one-week trial process including what is and is not included.

At Reel Unlimited, we offer a one-week risk-free trial to allow potential clients to test our services before committing to a paid subscription. This article aims to clearly understand how our trial process works, what is included, and what is excluded.

How the One-Week Trial Works:

  • Sign up for the trial and submit your design brief.
  • Our team will review your brief and assign a designer to your project.
  • The designer will create one task draft based on your brief and deliver it within 3-4 business days.
  • You can provide feedback and request unlimited revisions during the trial period.
  • After one week or the delivery of one task, your trial will end, and you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using our services.

What is Included in the One-Week Trial:

  • One task draft delivered with a watermark
  • One-page website design (additional pages will not be handled during the trial)
  • Video design and editing up to 30 seconds with a watermark
  • Logos, branding, and other designs with a watermark
  • Unlimited revision rounds

What is Not Included in the One-Week Trial:

  • Final files without watermark
  • Source files (Figma, Sketch, PSD, AI, etc.)
  • Webflow development
  • Figma to Webflow conversion
  • Complex graphics (mascots, illustrations, multi-page, UI)
  • Videos over 30 seconds
  • Additional pages beyond one

Important Notes

  • Trial Limitations: The one-week trial is designed to give you a taste of our services and help you assess the quality of our work. It is not intended to provide a complete, polished product. We recommend subscribing to one of our paid plans if you require more complex tasks or additional services.
  • Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your trial experience or decide not to proceed with a paid subscription, you can request a refund for your trial payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Webflow Development Process: If you request a Webflow development task during your trial, please note that you must provide your own design files (Figma, Sketch, PSD, etc.) for us to proceed with the development. If you don't have a design ready, you can request a web design task during your trial, and once you approve the design and upgrade to a paid plan, we will then complete the Webflow development project.
    • Please keep in mind that during the trial, we can only build a one-page Webflow website with a maximum of 12 sections on the homepage. We cannot provide extensive Webflow development that requires integrations with other tools or software, complex or advanced animations, 3D elements, or other advanced features. These limitations ensure that we can deliver a functional website within the trial period while giving you a fair understanding of our Webflow development capabilities.
    • If you require more complex Webflow development or additional pages, we recommend subscribing to one of our paid plans, which offer full access to our Webflow development services.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a trial?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with a one-week trial starting at $95, where you can get one design task handled so you can test out Reel Unlimited. The trial covers almost all tasks in the Standard and Pro plans.

How does the trial work?

The Reel Unlimited risk-free trial is simple. You pay only $95 for the Standard and $145 for the Pro plan to submit one design project request through the Reel Unlimited dashboard. Once submitted, our team will fulfill the request and deliver you a draft within 3-4 business days. You will receive the initial draft or design proposal with a watermark so you can evaluate the service. If you like the design and want to keep using our services, you can purchase a subscription plan based on your needs. If you don't like it, we can part ways risk-free.

Will I get the source files, or will you transfer the project to me during the trial?

Unfortunately, no. We don't provide high-resolution files, source files, or transfer Figma or Webflow projects to trial users. We cannot provide you with the original files unless you purchase a subscription. If you are interested in obtaining those files but are not ready to commit to a subscription, you can buy those files via a one-month non-renewable subscription.

How do I get started?

Once you purchase a trial, you will have immediate access to our online dashboard, where you can submit your first task request. Your request will be fulfilled within 3-4 business days.

Who owns the copyright?

If you have an active subscription and not just a trial subscription, you own the full copyright of any designs you requested through Reel Unlimited.

How do I upgrade after the trial?

At the end of your one-week trial, your subscription will automatically upgrade to a regular subscription, and your payment method on file will be charged the cost of the plan you signed up for. We send you 3 day renewal reminders so you can cancel the subscription if you don't want to continue. If you don't do anything, your account will be billed and charged.

We hope this article provides clarity on our one-week trial process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
